Maze-ing Maze 36

Maze-ing Maze 36

Maze 36:  This one was about compassion.  Another difficult maze to come up with.  This project really challenged my skills especially with colors.  I think next time I will use colored pencil instead.  But my fear of using color is now gone.

Good news is that a teacher saw these mazes and wants me to come to their school to teach these concepts with art.  So these lead to another avenue to sharing my art.

  1. Wonderful illustration and story of compassion.

  2. Love the colors on this one!

  3. compassion leads to connections … and breaks down the barriers and mazes in our lives … nice to see your drawing made a connection with the art teacher.

  4. What a great idea to teach this concept to children! How wonderful that all these dors are opening for you!

In this picture, once more, I am seeing a heart connection made by the maze itself that I like especially: The hand of the comforting/ compassionate person is resting on heart leven on the other person’s chest and the maze is producing a little opening on top of the hand – as if the compassion shared is providing a little opening of the heart for the crying person. How beautiful! 🙂

  5. Sounds like you are slowly making your way toward the most wonderful artist – teacher you were suppose to be!
